We ship worldwide via Latvian post or TNT, DPD couriers. You can choose your shipping method when placing an order. Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that the billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. When your order is shipped, we will send you a conformation email where you can find as well a tracking number.
Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your detail with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Delivery times are estimates and starts from the date of dispatch. Approximate delivery times: 5-10 business days within Europe; 10-25 business days to the US and Canada; 15-30 business days to Australia, New Zealand, Asia and other parts of the world.
We are not responsible for shipping delays because of the issues with post or customs, weather conditions, worker strikes and other circumstances that are not up to us.
In case of disputes, we will contact the Latvian post, TNT or DPD which will then request information from the destination country. Please not that it may take time to resolve such cases.
Please note that local charges ( sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense. Customer policies may vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
For Russian Federation customers we can dispatch from our warehouse in Russian Federation but this need to be discussed with Nonpareil Ltd prior placing an order. Contact us by email email@example.com.
Refusal of Transaction
Nonpareil Ltd reserves right to withdraw or edit any product at any time from this website. We may refuse to precess a transaction for any reason at any time in our sole discretion. Please note we can not accept an order if we can not receive authorisation of your payment.
Refunds & Returns
Nonpareil Ltd is producing a high quality product that the customers are happy with. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong size or the item has been send by mistake, we will accept returns. Please notify us within seven working days after the receipt of your order. To do so, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include following detail: name, address, order number of the item you are returning.
The product has to be returned in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. As well as the customer is responsible for any losses and damages while back to us.
Please note that the lingerie products (all types of bras and panties) can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. The return policy available only for the homewear (pyjamas, bathrobes ant etc.). However, in unique cases we can offer exchange for homewear but each case need to be discussed individually.
